The registration fee will cover attendance to the sessions and the following items:

  • Registration and materials
  • Welcome Reception
  • Coffee Breaks (two per day)
  • Lunch for three days
  • Gala Dinner

Each participant is responsible for his or her accommodation.  The Organizing Committee will offer advice for affordable and fair accommodation options, depending on one’s budget.

There will be a substantial financial support for participants originating from low income countries, probably with an emphasis on participants from Global South countries, particularly participants from Central American and Caribbean countries.
